I have recently had this maternity portrait session that I loved, so I thought I might share some of my favorite shots from it.
Amanda & her four year old son, Kaleo, they were so lovely together, and Kaleo always seemed to be doing the perfect cute little things in front of the camera! (Although you only have very short window of time to photograph kids as they're very unpredictable).
This was a great photoshoot...
We had some beautiful weather around here a couple of weeks ago, so Wendy, Fe, Camryn, and I headed out to Point Reyes for some hiking, horseback riding, and just to hang out at the beach...we had a great day!
Jon and I took a short drive out to Bryce Canyon from Vegas last week, and this place really amazed us. I didn't really have enough time to take any serious photos, but here are a few snapshots...
I plan to go back there sometime next year and take more photos... :)
Last Friday, Oct 5th, I had a little art exhibit at the Redwood City Art Center alongside eight other great artists. I showed one of my favorite collections, a couple of canvas gallery wrap prints which looked very much like paintings, and I did a couple of regular prints framed in all black.
I think the responses were quite positive, which made me feel great, but maybe they were just being polite. ;)

I've been so busy spending most of my time on work stuff (portraits for other people) in the past year or so, I haven't been doing much of any personal work, which is kind of sad.
This opportunity just happened to come by, which reminded me why I really do what I do now.
I think I will try to focus more on working on my personal works in the future, but there is that whole making a living thing...
