Seaside in Spring

Sometimes (when I can see things clearly :), I really do feel quite lucky being surrounded by so much beauty...

It's 4:45AM, and I can't seem to stay asleep...and I was wishing I was out by the ocean somewhere on a sunny afternoon...so I was looking at some of these photos that I took in Carmel last year...this is where I want to be standing right now...

Curve Ball...

Life throws you a curve ball, what do you do?
Well, I can only try my best...and sometimes things are just out of your hands... :(

I'm learning to play "Whiskey for Everybody" by Gary Jules on the guitar and been getting back into rock climbing. I had forgotten how much I liked doing rock climbing...it's been more than five years since I climbed last, but things are slowly coming back to me now.
I think I'll try to get in super good shape by this summer, hopefully I'll be able to climb some easy 5.10's by then...that would be so cool...

Sometimes I really wish I could be the kind of a person who can be easily distracted, but no matter what I may be doing, I can't seem to get away from all the stressful thoughts and emotions that are affecting me so deeply...they're wearing me down... :(

Out from the Cave...

I decided to finally come out of my cave and do a little drive out to Marin Headlands this afternoon and found a very nice trail that led to this beach...it was called "Upper Fisherman's"...I think it will become one of my favorite little spots on a weekday afternoon...

Wow, I can't believe I haven't updated this blog in nearly four months...I'm gonna try to update this blog more often from now on...
